Healthcare Australia is a leading agency nursing and home-care provider responding to the rising demand for at-home and casual healthcare services. Tasman appointed an experienced IT outsourcing CEO to drive transformation, expanded the business aggressively via 10 acquisitions over an 18 month period and built a diversified service offering spanning home-care, psychiatric, maternity and emergency nursing.

Outcome:

Exited via a dual track IPO process and sale to CHAMP Private Equity (now CPE). Recognised as Management Buy Out of the Year by the Australian Investment Council (then AVCAL) in 2006.
