HireQuip is New Zealand’s leading general equipment (dry hire) rental company. Tasman implemented a comprehensive review resulting in the implementation of a new board and management team, a strategic plan focused on operational improvement to enhance margins, divestment of non-performing and aquistion of complementary assets.

Outcome:

Acquired 20% of The Hire Company New Zealand’s forth largest equipment rental company and an option to acquire the balance resulting in a secondary sale within 6 months of ownership.
