Overview:

Fleet Partners was the leasing arm of Esanda Finance, a division of ANZ banking corporation. It was a neglected, non-core business, yet the third largest leasing corporation in Australia and New Zealand.

Tasman made key management changes, overhauled the NZ business, improved operations and refinanced debt.

Outcome:

Unrealised. Tasman has ceased to manage the business.
