Overview:

In 2011, Tasman identified the opportunity to enter the highly fragmented and attractive Residential Land Lease Community sector in Australia, beginning with the acquisition of an initial asset on the Central Coast of NSW. The team executed a roll up strategy of 11 assets, implementing operational improvement strategies, diversifying geographically and balancing portfolio risk.

Outcome:

Exit through a merger with ASX-listed Gateway Lifestyle Group in 2015. Recognised as Exit of the Year at the Australian Growth Company Awards in 2015.
