Overview:

Loscam is a leading returnable packaging solutions provider with operations across Asia-Pacific. Tasman sourced and led the management buyout, which was at the time the largest in Australia. The investment focused on modernising plant facilities, upgrading management capability, and driving aggressive regional growth.

Outcome:

Sold to Affinity Private Equity in what became Australia’s largest secondary transaction at the time. Awarded MBI of the Year of the Australian Investment Council (then AVCAL) in 2005.
