Overview:

Bledisloe is the second largest funeral service operator in Australia, and the market leader in New Zealand, operating funeral homes, crematoria and cemeteries under a range of local brands. The deal was a proprietary deal sourced by Tasman’s Managing Partner Rob Nichols, and the deal generation/execution process took 10 months.

Outcome:

The business was ultimately acquired by Invocare (ASX listed), Australia’s largest funeral provider.
